October 23rd 2009, Gunanusa Fabrication Yard, Banten. AGJV conducted the "First Cut Steel" ceremony for ONGC’s ICP-R project. Oil and Natural Gas Company (ONGC) is an Indian public sector company which produces the majority of India’s oil and gas output.

The event marked the beginning of the inaugural project for the AFCONS-Gunanusa Joint Venture (AGJV). The ceremony was attended by DR. Samad Solbai, Gunanusa’s President Director, Ahmad Faiza, Fabrication Manager, and Pendi, Fabrication Yard Manager. Finally, it was closed by a traditional Indonesian Tumpeng lunch.

The project scope of works is the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Installation of the ICP-R platform, Flare Tripod and connecting bridge. The ICP-R platform consist Main Structural Frame, Building Module, Process Module, Turbo Generator and Compressor Module which has a weight of 7300 mT and the jacket weight is 3600 mT. The Flare Tripod topside weight is 90 mT and the jacket is 630 mT. The water depth is 75 m. The project deadline is April, 2011.
