August 6th 2009, Gunanusa Fabrication Yard, Banten. Gunanusa conducted the "First Cut Stell" for Hess CPP & AUP project. The event was attended by Jason Greenwald, Hess Project Manager for CPP & AUP, and from Gunanusa, Mr Eddy Sudiarto, VP of Operation, Mr. Endro Kartiko, Project Manager for HESS, and Mr. Pendi, Fabrication Yard Manager. The event was marked by cutting the first beam for the project, and was closed by a traditional Indonesian Tumpeng gathering.

CPP has a 2650 tonnes upper deck with a 260 tonnes jacket, the platform consists of processing module, gas/liquid separation, gas compression, liquids pumping and produced water handling, water treatment and disposal. AUP has a topsides weight of 2080 tonnes with a 260 tonnes jacket. AUP will accommodate 35 persons and a Control Building located on the Cellar Deck which comprised Motor Control Centre (MCC) room, Transformer Room, Local Equipment Room (LER) and workshops area.

The project which was awarded in October, 2008 is scheduled for 26 months, with the installation on April 2011.
